SHIPPING POLICY

At SLATE, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for full details;

 

1. Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

2. Free Shipping:

We at SLATE offer free standard shipping worldwide. So anyone that wants to buy our amazing clothes can experience them no matter where you are in the world.​

 

3. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SLATE is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

Once your order has been shipped, SLATE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check your local post office or carrier

  • Wait 24 hours for possible delivery delays

If issues persist, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

6. International Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
